Scottish Cyclo Cross Championships 2010

Championships take place at Irvine. 

The Event had been postponed in December 2010, due to the deluge of snow and ice that covered the country for many more weeks than was welcome. 

There was however, no such inclement weather this time round, much to the relief of all involved.  Just the obligatory biting cold wind coming off the sea that us Scots are all too familiar with! 

The course itself offered the rider lots and lots of sand, with a healthy dose of; gravel paths, grass and moorland singletrack thrown in for good measure…more than sufficient to test the mettle of all racing.
