does anybody know if there is a wednesday night run still going for new riders if so is there a time and place any info would be most helpful

EK run leaves from Morrison's petrol station in Lindsayfield East Kilbride, meet at 6.30pm. Ave pace 14-16 mph or that of slowest rider. The route is normally round the back of Auldhouse using the lanes and is around 20-25 miles. Please bear in mind you may need lights even with the lighter nights. Regards, Stevie K.
