EDINBURGH

The Edinburgh RC meet on a Sunday at 10.00am just off the Bypass. It might be an idea if the Johnstone mob came over and got a good doing or as you would say doo`in.I know its difficult to tear yourselves away from the Erskine Bridge and the whistlefield but expand your horizons this winter. This might even be the start of the winter club championship KR`s -5 bacon panini`s,3 Latte`s and 2 vanilla slices before the cafe stop at Peebles might be outstripped.

FORRES - NORTH SCOTLAND

forres cc club run/walk

forres cc has a club ride at the clubrooms in forres at 9.30.

rides ate fifty miles long and takes about 3hrs.

i strongly recommend that, if your less than a 4th cat you dnt turn up on these rides.

a good introduction to cycling for younger kids etc no training values.

turn up at 9 o'clock however for anyone looking to train. the ride will only be 2hrs but at a quick tempo!. unless you live near forres i don't recommend this as it does not take place each week.

FALKIRK

Falkirk B.C. Sunday Run - There will be no Sunday run on 4th December '05 as the club are going en-mass to Glentress for a day's mountain-biking. All roadies are welcome to join us for a blast round Glentress starting at 10.30 from the bottom carpark. No experts please cos we're all crap on mountain-bikes.

For the past few months myself blackboab, Les Muir and some others have been meeting at the renfra Bogs at 10:30 for a 2.5-3 hour run ending at the cafe at Lochwinnoch.

Quite a hilly circuit but good training.
