Graeme Obree actually did 2 19's,the second one, equalling his Scottish Record on West Ferry the same night Sarah Philips and John O'Donovan broke the tandem record. It was a Couriers event and I was a very chuffed Organiser. |

Did Carlos do a 19 in Scotland?
If not, don't forget Obree's times recorded down south. |

Jason also did an 18:21 on the Levens course, near Kendal.
All of the rides above that I know of were done on Westferry - but I think Jason did a 19 on the undulating A77 course too?
Any more info peeps? |

That's right, Jason got a 19'58" on the A77 in 2007. Unbelievable on that course!

I believe it was an 18.12... and the word was he sat up with 100m to go when realised he had missed the then British record - incredible!

Could be something to do with the CTT only controlling TTs in England and Wales. I'm sure if someone provided them with the info they might consider updating it to a UK wide basis. Scottish riders have to provide their times done in Scotland to the CTT for BAR purposes. |

Scottish record is Jason Mac - 18'47"
UK is Dr Hutch - 17'57"
Can't remember if Wiggins did faster but got DQ-ed for riding wrong front rim?

19'59' just before the road surface was chipped. Ridden privately due to late entry.

I'm more surprised that you are interested in times for a time trial! |

Carlos did a 19:54 on Eglington (AY4) 4/5/2002 Someone has Mark listed as a 19.59 in Fife Champs but the only sub 20 on Fife course was Jason with a 19.32 in Aug 2007.

Correct, the time was 20'05'' at the Scots champs on the loop course.
I am sure Carlos has done a time of 19'48'' at Eglinton winning a midweek ten a few years ago. |

Graeme OBree rode a 19.38 i think one year late 1990's to early 2000's at the Fullarton Wheelers xmas 10 mile TT . Cycling weekly noted it as a all time British winter 10 mile tt record.
I was organiser but cannot remember the year, it was just before we started using Drybridge hall as the strip.Time of event was December 19th.
